Estate of Thomas Babbitt

County of Washtenaw } SS.

At a session of the Probate Court for said County, held at the Probate office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 20th day of April, in the year of one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Thomas Babbitt, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Maria Schuler, praying that a certain instrument, now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, administration of said estate grated to Edmund C. Shields, the executor in said will named and appraisers and commissioners appointed.

It is ordered, that the 18th day of June next, at one o'clock in the afternoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY of Washtenaw, ss. Art a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 22nd day of May, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Mabel E. Reade and Dora G. Reade, minors.

George W. Merril, Guardian for said minors, having filed in this Court his annual guardianship account, and praying the same may be examined and allowed.

It is ordered, that the 19th day of June next, t ten o'clock in the forenoon at said Probate Office be appointed for examining and allowing said account.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.
