STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw. ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 22nd day of May, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

 

Present Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

 

In the matter of the estate of Mabel E. Reade and Dora G. Reade, minors.

 

George W. Merril, Guardian for said minors, having filed in this Court his annual guardianship account, and praying the same may be examined and allowed.

 

It Is ordered, that the 19th day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon at said Probate Office be appointed for examining and allowing said account.

 

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.

STATE OF MICHIGAN,COUNTY OF WASHTENAW ss.

 

At a session of the Probate Court fo said County, held at the Probate office In the City of Ann Arbor, on the 20th day of April, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

 

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

 

In the matter of the estate of Thomas Babbitt, deceased.

 

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Maria Schuler, praying that a certain instrument, now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, administration of eaid estate granted to Edmund C. Shields, the executor in said will named and appraisers and commissioners appointed.

 

It is ordered, that the 18th day of June next, at one o'clock in the afternoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

 

And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss.

 

At a session of said Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Proate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, onthe 12th day of May, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

 

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

 

In the matter of the estate of. Henry Coe, deceased.

 

On reading and fillng the petition duly verified of Martha E. Coe, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate and administration of said estate granted to herself the executor in said will named, and appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 11th day of June next, at ten o'clock In the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

 

And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be published three succesive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

Commissioners Notice.

 

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw. The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said county, Commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estate of Martha Sheehan, late of said County, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for Creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at M. J. Cavanaugh's Law Office in the city of Ann Arbor, In said County, on the 9th day of August, and on the 9th day of November next, at ten o'clock a. m. of each of said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims.
