NEWS NUGGETS FROM MILAN

Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Noble, of Detroit, are the guests of Atty. and Mrs. G. R. Williams.

Willle Ward and Miss Erma Mead, of Detroit, spent Friday in Milan.

Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Rouse left Monday for a few days' visit with their sons in Lodi.

Mr. and Mrs Frank Critchett left for Marshall Tuesday afternoon, where they will make their home for the present.

Mrs. Gregory left for her home in Quincy, Mich., the first of the week.

Mrs. Homer Sill is quite ill and her mother, Mrs. Wm. Hoyt, of Saline, is here with her for the present.

Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Miller are moving this week from Geo. Taylor's house on County street, into C. Simmons' house on W. Main street.

Miss Cecil Gauntlett is at home from the U. of M. for her vacation.

Joel Marble is In Detroit this week.

Mr. Chas. Wilson and daughter, Mrs. Grace Butler, of Detroit, are taking an outing up the lakes.

Mrs. Bunnell entertained guests from Sturgis over Sunday.

T. N. Barnes is home from his visit to Elkhart.

Mrs. Auten is entertaining guests from Toledo.

Mrs. Knox, of Ann Arbor, has organized a fine class of piano pupils.

Miss Mary Potter left Saturday for her home in Willis.

Miss Edith Knights left Tuesday for her home in Decatur, Mich.

Mrs. Woodmansee entertained guests over Sunday.

Misses Edna and Marjorie Baldwin returned from their Monroe school Saturday.

Brick, sand and lumber are being drawn onto the R. Wilcox lot preparatory to building a new house this summer. i

Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Blackmer entertained guests from Toledo over Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Schmitt entertained guests from out of town over Sunday.
