Judge Newkirk Speaks At Dexter

Dexter, Mich., June 21.- Judge Newkirk will deliver the address at the Maccabee memorial day here Sunday. Exercises at the cemetery will commence at 3 o'clock.

Dr. John Lee has returned from Port Huron.

Miss Pretty's place in the Dexter schools has been filled by the selection of Miss Vida B. Roper, of Wayne county. Miss Pretty has a fine place in the Detroit schools.

The Ladies of the Maccabees have purchased a piano.
