HOME WEDDING OF MISS SCHWEITZER

MARRIED AT THE HOME OF HER PARENTS

An Elaborate Menu Served after the Nuptial Ceremony Was Concluded

A very pretty wedding was that of Miss Mary Sweitzer and Henry Schlanderer, of this city, which took place at the home of the bride's parents, near Saline, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'dock.

The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Lydia Schweitzer, and by Miss Louise Schlanderer, sister of the groom. Messrs. Fred Schweitzer and Emanuel Stadel acted as best men.

As the beautiful Mendelssohn wedding march was rendered by Miss Veva Thorne, the wedding party entered the parlor and took their places beneath an arch, entwined with ferns and pink roses, where they were united in marriage by the Rev. Mr. Lederer, of Saline.

The bride looked very lovely in her wedding gown of white organdie, which was daintily trimmed in valenciennes lace. She carried a bouquet of white roses.

The bridesmaids were daintily gowned in simple white mull gowns and, carried white carnations. After the congratulations had been tendered the newly wedded pair, the guests sat down to an elaborate wedding supper.

The bride table was beautifully decorated in pink and white. The menu was a most elaborate one and the guests did full justice to the delicious viands.

Mr. and. Mrs. Schlanderer left on the 5 o'clock train for Grand Rapids and other points in the western part of the state.
