Has Settled The Claim

The case of Chester L. Collins, receiver of the Michigan Manufacturers' Mutual Fire Insurance company, against Wiley B. Lambkin, of Milan, has been discontinued.

This is the case where Lambkin was sued for an assessment made by the company after it went into insolvency and which he refused to pay. It is understood that he has now made a settlement with the company.
