Wanted $1,065 And Got $75

The probate court in the case of Ellen M. Flowers, of Ypsilanti, who contested the administration of her father's estate, the late Joseph Follmore, and asked for $1,065 for alleged services rendered him during his lifetime, has given her $75.

Attorney Martin J. Cavanaugh, who represented Morton F. case, the administrator, and the other heirs, said today: "I expected from the beginning that Mrs. Flowers would not get he amount she claimed. It seemed absurd on the face of it. 'She's lucky hat she got $75."
