McBride and Mary F. McBride, nis vrite, of the city of Detroit, Wayne county, Michigan, to WiUiarn E. Beaeh, of Howeil, Livingston county, Michigan, on the 28th day of June, A. D. 1899, which mortgage was recorded on the first day of July, 1899, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw county, in Liber 84 of Mortgages, on page 81; which said mortgage was on the 2Sth day of June, A. D. 1899, duly assigned to Hosea Rogers of Rochester, Monroe county, New York, which assignment was duly recorded in the office of ttie Register of Deeds aforesaid on the lOth day of May, A. D.. 1900, in Liber 13 of Mortgages, on page 410. It being provided in said mortgage that should default be made in the payment of said principal or interest, or any part thereof , when the same are payable as provided in said mortgage, and should the same, or any part thereof, remain unpaid for the period of thii-ty diays, then the principal sum with all arrearages of interest should at the option of said mortgagee, hls legal represenratives and assigns, beeome payable immediately thereafter, although the period limited for payment thereof shótld not then have expired; and default having been made in the semi-annual payment of interest which by virtue of said mortgage became due on June 28, 1901, and also default having been maüe in the semiauunal payment of interest which by virtue of said mortgage becarne due on December 28, 1901, and more than thirty days having elapsed since said payments and each of them became due on the same, but neither of them nor any part of the same having been paid, the said assignee by virtue of the option given in said mortgage ■hereby declares the whofe amount of moneys, both principal and interest, secured by said mortgage, to be due and payable immediately.
