SHADFORD CASE SET FOR AUG. 11

Monday, Aug. 11, has been set for the hearing of the motion to set aside the service in the case of John Shadford vs. D., Y., A. A. & J. Railroad company. This is the case where judgment was awarded $8,260 damages against the company. The service of judgment, it is claimed by the company, was made on the D., Y. & A. A. road and not the present corporation, Shadford being in the employ of the D., Y. & A. A. road when he came to his injuries.
