Run Down By Street Car

D. L. Godfrey, of Ann Arbor township, while driving down Main street, about 3 o'clock Saturday, run down by a car of the Ann Arbor street railway. The buggy in which he was driving was badly smashed. Beyond a severe shaking up Mr. Godfrey was not injured.

The motorman of the car says he rang the bell for Mr. Godfrey to get out of the way, but the latter did not appear to hear the warning.
