The suit recently begun by Roscoe B. Huston, business manager of the Michiganensian, against J. J. Schanz, the ladies' tailor of 340 S. State street, to compel him to pay an advertising account of $15, has been settled by Schanz giving his note for the amount demanded.

Schanz, it appears, was one of the advertisers in the last issue of the Michiganensian to the amount of $15. He was given, it is alleged, four months in which to pay the account. Not responding, suit was begun against him.
