John O. Zabel, of Petersburg, who has been identified with the building of several electric lines, while in Toledo this week, announced that practically all the right of way for a new electric line between Toledo and Ann Arbor had been secured and the cars would be running inside of a year. Mr. Zabel said the road would touch at Petersburg, Milan and Dundee. From Dundee to Milan it would run parallel to the Ann Arbor road and from there it would extend east through territory hat has no railroad accommodations. Mr. Zabel says the necessary capital is forthcoming, but the company will not be incorporated until every foot of the right of way has been secured.
