STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF WASHTENAW, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on the 26th day of August, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Caroline M. Root, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition duly verified of Charles H. Cole, one of the creditors of the said Caroline M. Root, praying that administration of said estate be granted to Seth C. Randall, or some other suitable person and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 19th day of September next, at ten o'olock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered. that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper orinted and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.
