The supreme court has reversed the decision of the lower court in the case of Godspeed vs. Hildebrand.
This is the case where Hildebrand began suit against Godspeed on a contract which It is alleged was made between the parties, in-which Hildebrand agreed, it is said, to buy Goodspeed's stock of tailoring goods. The contract, it appears, was not fulfilled and Hildebrand began suit, getting judgment of $1,500 against Godspeed. Now that the supreme court has reversed this decision it is said that another trial will be asked for by Hildebrand.
