A trustee in bankruptcy has been appointed for the Ann Arbor Printing Company. The Detroit Trust Company has been empowered by the United States court to take charge of the affairs of the concern. Ralph Stone, of the Detroit Trust Company, arrived here Friday of last week to take charge of the business of the plant.

The appointing of the trustee in bankruptcy was brought about by the creditors of the company, who were not satisfied with the conduct of affairs under Receiver Johnson.

The business, it is said, will now be wound up as quickly as possible and the Times newspaper sold by the trustee.
