Ladies' Union Holds Meeting
LADIES' UNION HOLDS MEETING
The Ladies' Union began its series of club meetings Wednesday afternoon with an informal reception in the parlors of the Unitarian church. The rooms were prettily decorated with asters and nasturtiums and presented a very cosy appearance. There was a large attendance of the old members of the club and a number of new names were added to the list. The afternoon was spent in renewing acquaintances after the separation of the summer.
The first program of the season will be given next Wednesday afternoon in the parlors of the church. Mrs. Florence Crooker will speak on "Civic Improvements." Current topics will be discussed by various members of the club.
