Secret Hallway in the White House. 

The new building in Washington which is to contain the offices of the president is far completed that attention has been paid to the looks of the exterior, says New York Journal. The office building is separated from the White House by the old conservatory. This conservatory is to be utilized as the passageway. Under the old regime when a visitor went into the White House it was easy to ascertain whether he went on business or otherwise into the president's office. Under the new arrangement the visitor will be lost to view until he comes out again, and nobody will be the wiser as to where he went.
