Another Russian Uprising

Berlin, Oct. 10. - Another uprising bas broken out in the government of Poltava, Russia. According to news sent across the border to the socialist organ, the Vorwaerts, fierce conflicts are taking place between the peasants and the local forces, which are now being reinforced. Many persons are reported to have been killed or wounded.
