Russia After Coal In Orient

St. Petersburg, Oct. 10.- The Russians are planning to capture the Japanese and Chinese marine coal markets by facilitating the shipment of supplies from Manchuria. While Finance Minister Witte is there he will thoroughly investigate the whole mineral possibilities of Manchuria.
