New Tower For St. Andrew's Church

NEW TOWER FOR ST. ANDREW'S CHURCH

WORK ON IT WILL BE COMMENCED AT ONCE. Bids For Its Erection Have Been Received and the Foundation Is to Be Put In This Month.

Bids have been received for building the tower of St. Andrew's church for which Mrs. Love M. Palmer left $10,000. Work on the tower will be commenced at once and at least the foundation will be put in before winter puts a stop to the work. The tower is to be built according to plans approved by Mr. Palmer some years ago, and which competent critics say will make a beautiful addition to the church, harmonizing with the building itself. It is erected as a memorial to Dr. A. B. Palmer.
