Two Cases In Justice Court

Edward Miller was fined the costs, $5.13, by Justice Doty Saturday for engaging in a domestic quarrel on N. Fourth avenue last evening. 

Walter Sackett was arraigned before Justice Doty in the afternoon charged with stealing an overcoat, hunting boots and a locket from the James cottage at Base lake.
