THE SCHOOLS GET A $1,000 INCREASE

IN THE AMOUNT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL MONEY

The following is the semi-annual apportionment of primary school interest funds among the various cities and townships of Washtenaw, the apportionment being made at the rate of $2.10 per capita of school children:

There are 12,259 children in Washtenaw according to the school census. A year ago the county received $24,426 or $2 per capita, so that the the increase is 10 cents per capita.
