A MISSIONARY COUNTY CONVENTION

TO BE HELD BY YOUNG PEOPLE'S SOCIETIES

In the First M. E. Church of This City Next Saturday-The Program

For the first time, the Young People's societies of Washtenaw county will meet together in the interest of missions on Saturday, Nov. 15.  Realizing that more work can be accomplished through united effort, all of the young people of the county who are interested in mission work have decided to unite their forces.  The convention will be held in the First M. E. church on Saturday.  Thirty-eight societies will be represented and 150 delegates will be present.  There will be three sessions, morning afternoon and evening, and the following interesting program has been prepared:

MORNING.

15-Minute Service of Song.

Prayer and Devotional Service, Charles Hurry, Detroit.

Address-"Duty of Young People to the Unsaved Millions in view of Christ's Commands." Rev. A. H. Barr, Detroit.

A World-wide Vision-Three Addresses "India," C. J. Ewald, Ann Arbor. "China," L. Hector, Ann Arbor.  "Africa," O. M. Cope, Ann Arbor.

AFTERNOON.

Discussion of Methods of Missionary Work.

Mission Study and Literature, C. H. Haas, Ann Arbor.

Giving, Miss L. Hoffstetter, Ann Arbor.

Responsibility of Committee, Miss T. Breed, Ann Arbor.

What We Can Do, H. S. Meyers, Hillsdale.

EVENING.

Twilight Conference, C. H. Haas, Ann Arbor.

Illustrated Missionary Address, Dr. R. S. Dye, Congo, Africa.
