Marconi Company Organized.

Toronto, Ont., Nov. 13--The Marconi Wireless Telegraphy Company of Canada, Limited--with an authorized capital of $5,000,000--has been incorporated by the provincial secretary. The incorporators are Willard Reed Green of New York; J.W. Greenshields, Montreal; Walter Barwick, Henry C. Osborne, John Payne, accountant of Toronto. This is the parent Marconi organization in Canada.
