Michigan's Salt Output

Lansing, Mich., Dec. 18.- In his annual report to Governor Bliss, State Salt Inspector Dunwell calls attention to the fact that during the past two years he inspected 1,103,502 more barrels of salt, will return $3,724 11 to the manufacturers, and his expenses were $506 less than during the preceding two years. The report shows that there are 1,000 solar salt covers and sixty-five blocks in the state, with a total capacity of 9,500,000 barrels.
