THE TYPICAL UNIVERSITY
Is what He Calls It and He May Send His Son to College Here
Washington, Dec. 16.- It is not unlikely that the son of Wu Ting Fang, late Chinese minister to the United States, will in due time become a student of the University of Michigan. The boy, whose name is Chao Chow, has been left in this country to be educated, and is now attending the high school at Atlantic City, N.J. Before he left Washington, Mr. Wu expressed himself as strongly impressed with the great school at Ann Arbor, and with Dr. Angell, its president. He said he considered it the most typically American university in the United States. Mr. Wu said he considered American educational methods superior to anything else of the kind in the world.
