Estate of Bernard Keenan.

State of Michigan, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, held at said Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 17th day of December, in the years one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

in the matter of the estate of Bernard Keenan, deceased. 

On reading and filing the petition, of Philip Duffy, executor of said estate, duly verified, praying fora license from this court to sell certain desired real estate of which said deceased, died seized, for the purpose of paying the debts and cost of administration of said estate. 

It is ordered that the 13th day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing in the Argus Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.
