A Christmas gift of $100 from Mrs. Ann W. Basset, of Ypsilanti, has been received and added to the fund already in hand for the Aged People's Home. This is the second gift of $100 from this beloved and respected friend. She has set an example worthy to be followed. Are there not those who will at this Christmas time kindly remember this worthy cause? Applications are continually being received for admission to such a home, which is proof enough the one is needed. Any gift will be gladly received by the Treasurer of the association, Mrs. F. L.
