Estate of George W. Moore.

County of Washtenaw. ss.

At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 23rd day of December, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Pre ent (sic), Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of George W. Moore, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition of Rmily (sic) B. Moore, duly verified, praying that a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, maybe admitted to probate administration of said estate granted to herself, the executor in said will named and appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 20th day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Dem crat (sic), a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

Estate of Bernard Keenan.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Wastenaw, held at said Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 17th day of December, in the year one thousand nine hundred and two.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Bernard Keenan, deceased.

On Reading and filing the petition of Philip Duffy, executor of said estate, duly verified, praying for a license from this court to sell certain described real estate of which said deceased, died seized, for the purpose of paying the debts and costs of administration of said estate.

It is ordered, that the 13th day of January next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing in the Argus Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.
