Niles, Mich., Dec. 31. - Ernest Trochenbrod, an employe (sic) of the Michigan Wood Pulp company, was almost instantly killed Tuesday afternoon. He was in the act of replacing a belt on a pulley in the company's paper mill, when he became tangled in the belting and was thrashed about in a terrible manner. His body was bruised and mangled in a shocking manner.
