In the matter of the estate of Bernard Keenan, deceased.

Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, executor of the estate of said deceased, by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 13th day of January, A. D. 1903, there will be sold at public venue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw, in said state, on Tuesday, the third day of March, A. D. 1003, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of death of said deceased), the following described real estate, to-wit:

Lot number twelve (12), in block number three (3) north, range number four (4) east, according to the recorded plat of thee city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw county, Michigan.

Estate of Emelie Person Dommelie

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probeat Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 14th day of January in the year one thousand nine hundred and three. Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Emelie Person Dommelie, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Marie Urina D. Person, praying that a paper writing, purporting to be the last will of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, that administration of said estate may be granted to herself or some other suitable person, and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 11th day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for examination of said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor on the 3d day of January, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of Christian Braun, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, of Barbara Bran, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to Henry Braun, or some other suitable person, and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 2d day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus  Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.
