Hatch Declared a Sane Man.

New York. Jan. 22.- In July, 1902, Rufus Hatch of the city, son of the widely known banker of the same name, was incarcerated in Bloomingdale insane asylum. A jury has just declared him sane and ordered his release, restoring to him management of a large fortune left him by his deceased father.  Hatch lived in Detroit and during the Spanish-American war enlisted in a Michigan regiment and fought with them in Cuba.
