Renounce Rights of Church Lands.

Washington. Jan. 22. - Senator Foraker yesterday introduced a bill renouncing, on the part of the United States, all right to the church lands in Porto Rico. The bill grants the right of naturalization to the Porto Ricans and to the people inhabiting other possessions of the United States similarly situated.
