NEW POSTAGE STAMPS AT POSTOFFICE

The Ann Arbor post office received on Saturday a supply of the new two-cent and special delivery stamps.  This office is one of the first to receive the new stamps.  The two-cent stamps are of much finer workmanship than the old ones and have a much better head of Washington engraved upon them.  The special delivery stamps are a lighter blue and instead of the words "insures immediate delivery at any post office" the words "in the U.S." are added, thus avoiding mistaken ideas that they will be delivered specially at foreign offices.

The supply of old stamps on hand is small and those who are making collections should secure them early in order to avoid having to buy them off of supply agents.
