WEBSTER DRAINAGE CASE

Gardner W. Snyder, of Webster, has filed an answer to the bill of complaint of his neighbor, Edgar Cranson. The case is a drainage one, Cranson seeking to compel the defendant to allow the water from his lands to flow out of tile darins on the lands of the defendant. Mr. Snyder denies that there was a natural watercourse from Cranson's and over his and claims that the drains could be constructed so that Cranson's land could be drained without submerging his, and he asks that Cranson be restrained from draining water on defendant's land.
