Lohrke Is Held On $1000 Bonds

  Carl Lohrke, who stabbed his wife a week ago Saturday and then plunged the knife into his own abdomen was brought before Justice Doty Tuesday and bound over to the circuit court on $1,000 bonds. He waived the examination. Lohrke has been in the hospital most of the week guarded by a deputy. It was thought for a time that his wife would not recover but the latest report says she is progressing rapidly. Sbe will not be deprived of the sight in her eye as was thought at one time.
