Thomas P. Kearney, of Northfleld, haa Bied a bill against the heirs and executors of the late Bernard Keenan as a creditor, asking for an accounting of the est√°te and that eertain deeds be set aside as defrauding tlie creditors. He seeks to recover for a note wiiich amounts to $3,442.35. The charge is made that a few years before hls deatn and while indebted to Mr. Kearney, Mr. Keenan without any eonsidera√ľon deeded over five pieces of land to his licirs, resorving the use of them during his Ufe to himself.
