Thomas P. Kearney, of Northfleld, haa Bied a bill against the heirs and executors of the late Bernard Keenan as a creditor, asking for an accounting of the estáte and that eertain deeds be set aside as defrauding tlie creditors. He seeks to recover for a note wiiich amounts to $3,442.35. The charge is made that a few years before hls deatn and while indebted to Mr. Kearney, Mr. Keenan without any eonsideraüon deeded over five pieces of land to his licirs, resorving the use of them during his Ufe to himself.
