While riding a railroad bicycle near Dexter

Charles Tufts is Recovering at the Hospital - His Companion’s Injuries were Slight

Charles Tufts and Ora Lathrop, employees of the Michigan Central at Dexter, were struck by an express train Thursday, which came up behind the railroad tricycle on which they were riding. They were thrown over 50 feet. Lathrop escaped with slight injuries, but Tufts was not fortunate and was brought to the University Hospital, where it was found that his right arm was fractured at the elbow. He is recovering.
