Satisfaction Of Judgements
A. J. Sawyer & Son have filed a satisfaction of judgment for $2,784.91 in the case of A. A. Bedell, Admr., vs. the Detroit, Ypsilanti, Aun Arbor & Jackson line, and also a satisfaction of judgment in the case of John Shadford against the same road. The city, which has for so many months had pending against the company a claim which the road bad agreed to pay, would be much pleased if the city attorney would file a satisfaction of judgment for its claim. The money might be used to pay some more bonds not yet due, if the city officials are determined that it shall not be used to pay current bills.
