SUICIDE OF AGED YORK MAN
HE WAS EIGHTY FOUR YEARS OLD AND ALONE
He Had Outlived His Relatives and After Several Attempts Succeeded In Hanging Himself
Cornelius Scott committed suicide near Milan Sunday by hanging himself in a barn on the farm of John Bridge at York. Mr. Scott was 84 years of age and had outlived his relatives. Alone in the world, he was weary of life and on several occasions before he had endeavored to commit suicide. Sunday he succeeded and was dead when found.
