A Brilliant Pulpit Orator and a Practica Man Called to the Bethlehem Church

The members of the Bethlehem Evangelica! church held a meeting Tuesday night and voted to extend a call to the pastorate of their church to Rev. S. John, of Evansville, Ind.

Rev. Mr. John is a brilliant pulpit orator and a wideawake, practical man. He filled the pulpit here a few weeks ago and made a most favorable Impression on the congregation.

Ann Arbor will be fortunate indeed if Rev. Mr. John should accept the call for he will add one more to the already long list of bright ministers in the churches here.
