Jury In The Park Proceedings

JURY IN THE PARK PROCEEDINGS

A jury has been drawn in the condemnation proceedings which seek to make a park out of the Henning property opposite the Michigan Central depot. The jury consists of George Wahr, E. B. Hall, John Koch, O. M. Martin, B. St. James, E. E. Calkins, J. J. Goodyear, William Stimson, Geo. W. Sweet, W. K. Childs, Fred Besimer and C. F. Pardon. The jury will take up the case on June 10.
