ASHLEY OFFERED RIGHT OF WAY

TO THE FRUIT AND VINEGAR COMPANY TO DISCONTINUE

The arguments in the case of the Ann Arbor Fruit & Vinegar Co. vs. the Ann Arbor Railroad were begun yesterday afternoon.

Yesterday, while Manager Ashley was on the stand he made a tender of a right of way to the Ann Arbor Fruit & Vinegar Co. 16 feet wide on the west side of the railroad tracks from the vinegar works to Liberty street.

The lawyers on both sides are on their mettle and the case is a closely contested one.
