WILLIS WHISPERS.

Willis, July 8. - Fred Roberts is very ill with inflammation of the bowels.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thompson and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Bomia spent Saturday and Sunday at Detroit.

The farmers are busy cutting hay.
Miss Lillie Gould is clerking at R. F. Walters' store.

Miss Anna Greenman is visiting with her mother.

Mrs. Walter Ballard, who has been taking treatment for the past two months in the Battle Creek Sanitarium, returned home Sunday, somewhat improved in health and expects to go back for further treatment in a few days.

Jennie Elliott is working for Mrs. K. O'Brien.

Mrs. John Burns' health is slowly improving

The L. O. T. M. M. will give an ice cream social in the near future.
