Gives A List of Her Injuries

Mrs. Schroeter Files A Bill of Particulars

Of The Damages Incurred by the Selling of Liquor to Her Son by Clancy and Paul

Mrs. Ella M. Schroeter, through her attorney, Frank A. Stivers, has filed her bill of particulars in her damage case against Edmund Clancy and Ernest Paul and their bondsmen. She asks for $3,000 damages in each case and the declaration just filed sets forth the fact of the before mentioned parties filing the proper bonds guaranteeing careful observance of the laws relative to liquor selling and then sets up in detail the things in which she had been damaged by the alleged sale of intoxication liquors to her son, Charles Schroeder, a minor, whereby he became intoxicated. She claims by this alleged illegal selling of brandy, whisky or other intoxicating liquors to said minor she has been damaged by his clothing being ruined, by the disgrace, humiliation and mental pain brought upon her, that she was thereby made ill and that she has been also injured in property and means of support. All these different items of the account make up the amount in which she claims damage in the sum of $3,000.
