STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF WASHTENAW, ss. 

At a session of the Probate Court for said Country of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 13th day of July, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate. 

In the matter of the estate of Maud Stanbro, minor.

William K. Bussey, guardian of the estate of said minor, having filed in this court his final guardianship account as such guardian, pray that the same may be heard and allowed.

It is ordered that the 11th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the fore noon, at said Probate Office be appointed for examining and allowing said account. 

And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.

State of Michigan, County of Washtenaw--SS.

In the matter of the estate of John Keenan, deceased. 

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, William H. McIntyre, administrator de bonis non of the estate of said Jogn Keenan, deceased, by the Honorable Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the 14th day of May, A. D. 1903, there will be sold at public venue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, in the county of Washtenaw, state of Michigan, on Friday, the 28th day of August, A. D. 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of death of said deceased), the following rescribed real estate, to-wit:

Lot number seven (7) in block number four (4), north of Huron street, range number four east according to the recorded plat of the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw county, Michigan.
