ESTATE OF JAMES H. STEVENS. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss.

At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 17th day of July, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of James H. Stevens, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Laura J. Burnett, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to W. H. Stevens and Laura J. Burnett or some other suitable person and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered that the 18th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for hearing said petition. And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be published to said time of hearing in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.
