A quiet wedding took place Wednesday evening at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schall, 214 W. Huron street, when Miss Hattie, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Schall, was united in marriage to William G. Forsyth, of Ypsilanti. The ring service was performed by Rev. W. L. Tedrow, of the English Lutheran church in the front parlor, sweet with the perfume of carnations and roses.

The bride was dressed in white organdie over pink, the bridesmaid, Miss Alice Schall, sister of the bride, wore white Swiss mull. Edgar Stephens, of Rochester, N. Y., was best man. Only the immediate relatives were present to witness the ceremony. In the evening they were serenaded by the mandolin club.

Both the bride and groom have many friends who wish them all happiness. The presents were numerous as tokens of their friendships; especially the father's gift to the bride and groom, complete furnishings for a suite of rooms.

The bridal party are spending today at Whitmore Lake. After August 20, Mr. and Mrs. Forsyth will be at home to their friends at 214 W. Huron street.
