ESTÁTE OF JAMES II. STEVENS. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss.

At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 17th day of July, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three.

Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

In the matter of the estate of James H. Stevens, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Laura J. Burnett, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to W. H. Stevens and Laura J. Burnett or some other suitable persons, and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered that the 18th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for hearing said petition. And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing in the Ann Arbor Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Washtenaw.

In the matter of the estate of Jay C. Ferguson, deceased.

On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Cortland Ferguson, praying that administration of said ■state may be granted to herself, or some other suitable person and that appraisers and commissioners be appointed.

It is ordered, that the 8th day of September next. at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

And it is further ordered. that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said, County of Washtenaw.

COMMISSIONER'S NOTICE. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF WASHTENAW.

The undersigned having been appointed by the Probate Court for said County, Commissioners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estate of William Taylor, late of said county, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for Creditors to present their claims against the estate of said deceased, and that they will meet at the store of George Alley, in the Village of Dexter, in said County, on the th day of October, and on the 10th day of January, next, at ten o'clock a. m. of each of said days, to receive, examine and adjust said claims.
