Are Happy Once More

A decree of divorce was filed Wednesday in the case of Bertha Richards vs. Harry Richards.  The divorce is granted on the ground of extreme cruelty and gives the mother the custody of the child, Clair Richards, until he shall attain the age of 14 years.  The defendant is also ordered to pay a solicitor's fee of $30.
